You Me Mind offers support and resources to help women navigate this challenging time. Whether it's through therapy, support groups, or other forms of assistance, there are ways to help women heal and move forward from birth trauma.

At You Me Mind, we are driven by our passion for helping others. Our team is made up of people who have a lived experience of birth trauma and trained professionals, such as midwives and mental health support workers. All of whom are committed to making a difference in the lives of the people we support

Our Counseling Services are staffed by compassionate professionals who are trained to provide support and guidance to women and families affected by birth trauma. Through our Community Outreach programs, we work to connect women and families with the resources they need to thrive.

Our Childbirth Education programs are designed to help women and families prepare for the challenges of childbirth and to reduce the risk of birth trauma. Through our Research and Innovation initiatives, we work to advance the field of birth trauma and to develop new and innovative approaches to treatment and prevention.
